23Hero Honda bike in India: Karizma ZMR PGM Fi launched

The largest two-wheeler of country, Hero Honda, rolled out its new bike in India. The new version of Karizma is christened as Karizma ZMR PGM Fi. This bike is powered by a four stroke, oil cooled, fuel injected, OHC engine with a displacement of 225cc. The premium bike develops a maximum power of 17.6bhp, .6 bhp more than its predecessor, at 7000 rpm and a maximum torque of 18.35 Nm at 6000 rpm. It is interesting to know that Bajaj Auto successfully increased the power and torque figures at the very same cc engine in Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTS-i. And the price is also competitive as against the Karizma ZMR PGM Fi that is priced at Rs 91,000. According to Hero Honda, the Karizma ZMR is compliant with BS-III emission norms.
The new Karizma ZMR, selling will start from the end of the month, will be available in moon yellow, pearl white, sports red, panther black and vibrant blue. This Karizma ZMR is aimed at young customers who loves sporty looking and style. The new added features in new Karizma Fi are- new headlamp and LED tail lamp, oil cooled, all new console, front and rear disc brakes, split rear grab bars and many more.
